The Vet mHealth app is a free, powerful tool for Veterans to gain access to an extensive range of health-related features, such as voice interactivity to record health measurements, a single medication list to share with all providers, access to medical records by linking to an ID.me or LOGIN.gov account, and the ability for authorized caregivers to enter health data for Vets, all in the palm of their hand.

Expanding the Reach of Healthcare Providers
The Vet mHealth platform expands the reach of VA and non-VA healthcare providers beyond their facilities to monitor real world health data for chronic care management and improve communication with Veterans and their caregivers. Providers can also set individual alerts and reminders for each Vet and view an up-to-date medication list maintained by the Vet or their caregiver in the app.
