After increasing demand for telemedicine applications due to the COVID-19 pandemic and M&A interest from multiple healthcare organizations, the company decided to allow RPM vendors and medical device manufacturers to offer Caren’s unique voice-interactive technology as part of their service offerings. This transition allows RPM vendors and device manufacturers to customize and brand Caren’s mobile apps and web portal for their own customers.
